Rise Up with Journey Youth

Our teenage years are full of hundreds of little decisions that develop the adult we will become once we graduate high school. Here at Journey Church, we believe one BIG decision can make navigating all those small decisions a whole lot easier. Committed to building solid lives, Journey Student Ministries desperately wants to reach the teenage community, introducing and helping them on their path toward what Jesus has for them.

Youth 6th-12th grade meet on Wednesday nights from 7:00-8:30. Doors open at 5:00 PM. We have a cafe with drinks, snacks, and merchandise available for purchase!

Youth Camp Testimonials

Youth camp is a yearly event that we prioritize for our students. Our students report making friends, finding personal support, renewing or developing their relationship with the Lord, and some finding themselves called to ministry.

Hannah was prayed for by Linda Idlett, our social media director, and was told "you are a powerhouse." Hannah said "I didn't even know that." After that, she began to walk in the calling God had for her by praying for others and introducing them to the peace and love of Jesus.

Nyah's mom made her come to camp. She did not want to go, but you wouldn't even know it from the way she spoke about it. She came in with a good attitude and tried her best to enter into the services. She told us that she believed Jesus healed her of mental health issues, suicidal thinking, and brokenness from previous relationships.
